Una tarde para escuchar voces que dialogan con el territorio, la memoria y la creación colectiva.

Poesía del desierto presenta una nueva sesión dedicada a la literatura contemporánea con la participación de Elisa Moravis, Alejandra Gaytán Pacheco y Coral Millán, integrantes de MUJERESALADAS, revista digital independiente de arte, literatura y cultura con perspectiva de género. A través de la lectura de sus textos, este encuentro invita al público a conocer voces que exploran el territorio, la memoria y la experiencia colectiva desde una mirada feminista y comunitaria.

Mujeresaladas

MUJERESALADAS is an independent digital magazine for art, literature, and culture with a gender perspective, founded in 2024 in La Paz, Baja California Sur. Its editorial project brings together poetry, narrative, essays, photography, illustration, visual arts, and other creative expressions, promoting the work of female creators and fostering dialogue across different disciplines, generations, and regions.

Beyond serving as a publishing space, MUJERESALADAS functions as a platform for connection and collaboration, strengthening networks among artists, writers, researchers, and cultural managers from Mexico and abroad. The publication encourages critical thinking, collective reflection, and community building through art and culture.

Elisa Moravis

Elisa Moravis is a writer, editor, and cultural promoter. Her work spans poetry, narrative, and science fiction, and has been included in various national and international anthologies. She is the author of the short story collection Technoswarms and Other Ways to Lose Humanity (2026) and the poetry collection All My Reds (2025). She works as an editor and cultural columnist for Diario Humano, is the co-founder and editorial director of the digital magazine MUJERESALADAS , and hosts the segment Morras a la Literatura on the radio show Morras al Arte, where she promotes literature written by women.

Alejandra Gaytán Pacheco

Visual artist with a degree in Visual Arts. Her practice explores the relationship between art and nature through painting, abstraction, and geometry, promoting environmental stewardship and biodiversity. Since 2020, she has developed arts education projects through workshops and the creation of community murals. She has participated in exhibitions and collaborations with various institutions and collectives in Baja California Sur. Her work is also featured in the digital magazine MUJERESALADAS, where she has contributed work inspired by the natural wealth and conservation of the Gulf of California.

Coral Millán

Coral Millán is a biologist, herbalist, and phytotherapist. Her practice integrates scientific knowledge, traditional wisdom, and somatic experience with a focus on women's health. Through her herbal clinic, she researches and promotes the biocultural heritage associated with medicinal plants, viewing herbalism as a form of care, observation, and autonomy. She is a permanent contributor to the digital magazine MUJERESALADAS, where she writes the column Herbario del Cuerpo Femenino.

Arte Abierto inicia su programa de mediación y comunicación educativa 2022 con una conversación entre la investigadora y escritora Irmgard Emmelhainz y Sebastien Noel de Troika, tomando la exposición No Sound of Water como punto de partida. Abordarán los temas presentes en este proyecto, como el Antropoceno, y harán diferentes lecturas y cuestionamientos (Materialist Realism / Philosophy of Matter / Art as Image).
